Brian Says "It lives up to the class of the first movie. Very
funny from start to finish! Not for the faint hearted, as all Seth
Rogen films are generally along the same lines (drug fuelled comedy
and Jew gags). Zac Efron flaunting his body as per usual nowadays
(not that our staff were complaining) overall great movie. Thank
God it was only us in the screen, I was laughing too
hysterically!"

Goosebumps is a brilliant movie.
The story starts when Zack the main character moves from New York
to a small town and becomes friends with Hannah, the girl next
door, and her father. But her father isn't ordinary, he is R.L.
Stine the famous children's author and he has a library of magic
books. Stine tries to keep this a secret from the town, but fails
from keeping it from Zack and his new friend Champ. Hannah and
Stine were smart because they both tried to keep the books locked
up, but they also fail.
I liked the idea of the monsters and Slappy, a scary dummy,
escaping from the books. I think Slappy is the meanest and the
cruelest and the most scary of all. My favorite good hero
characters were Zack and the dad, R.L. Stine. I enjoyed the movie
mostly because of the great twist at the end (SPOILER ALERT) when
everyone thought all the monsters were gone but the invisible boy
was writing another story. My favorite monsters were Slappy the
dummy, the werewolf and the Freeze ray cops. I liked the way Slappy
could teleport and cut the lights out, so he could take the books
and escape when he wants to. I also liked the way R.L. Stine seemed
mean and nasty at the start of the movie but when Zack and Champ
explored his house and let the monsters free, he saved their lives
and was actually quite nice.
A GREAT movie!
